Privacy policy

AEW builds costing and manufacturing tools for Indian factories. This explains what we collect and why.

Your account: your email address, name, company and role, used to sign you in and show you the tools your company has access to.
What you send us: anything you write to us by email, including through the contact page.

The dimensions, rates and prices you enter in the costing tool are worked out in your browser and are not currently saved on our servers.
We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information.

Sign-in is provided by Supabase and the website is served by Cloudflare. They process your data only to provide those services.

You can ask us to correct or delete your account at any time by writing to hello@aew.in.

Accounts: access is given to invited companies. Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
Estimates, not quotations: the costing tool produces estimates from the rates and methods set up for your company. Review every figure before you quote a customer. You remain responsible for the prices you offer.
Early access: the platform is being developed with our first customers. Features may change, and some are marked as coming soon.
Fair use: do not try to break, overload or copy the service, or access data that is not yours.

Encrypted connection: every page is served over HTTPS.
Passwords: handled by Supabase and stored only as secure hashes. We never see them, and they are not in the website's code.
Sessions: signing out clears your session from the browser immediately, even without a network connection.
Costing data: stays in your browser while you work, so closing the tab clears it.
